We will be upgrading the database version that QUE runs on as required by our database hosting vendor. This is for security and performance purposes. All user data will be backed up and will be stored in encrypted-at-rest manner. However, while we undergo this maintenance, any adjustments to QUE Campaigns, Jobs, Satellites, and Autografs may not be included in the newly upgraded service. This means the QUE Dash and API may be unresponsive for a couple of hours and after the maintenance window closes, you should review which Jobs may not have been updated accordingly.
